this birthday party is berry sweet indeed!!!

growing up in the 80's i'm sure you had or new someone who loved Strawberry Shortcake today Strawberry Shortcake has a new look and this birthday party is dedicated to everything that is berry sweet!!

instead of cupcakes we added these cute toppers to berry delicious muffins. And of course we couldn't do this party with lots of strawberry elements, including the chocolate covered strawberries and handmade paper strawberry which made the perfect table and mantle decoration. Above the gift table was a wonderful display of pictures of the birthday girl!

we created custom labels for the food and the strawberry applesauce

here is the latest event styled by the six chicks. the inspiration for

this elegant soiree was, of course, the highly anticipated

Twilight Saga: Eclipse movie premier. black, red and lots of sparkle

made this gathering a huge success with its young twi-hard guests.

many elements came together to make this event spectacular,

including a candy buffet, a beverage station with custom

labels and a decadent dessert bar. the bar featured a trio of cupcakes,

candy apples and a triple layer dark chocolate cake with cherry filling and

chocolate ganache, as well as an assortment of dipped cookies and

krispee treats.

every item was customized in pure fanpire style. cupcake toppers,

beverage labels, food and dessert tags were all created to fit the

party theme. personalized favors included "team edward" and

"team jacob" custom candy bar wrappers in both full size and

minis, handmade fortune tellers and special VIP passes and

buttons to wear to the premier.

to top off the evening, the girls were treated to a "Twilight Superfan"

photo shoot.

this party was a 10 year old’s dream! It started off with a brilliant hot pink and tangerine color scheme that was complete with every girls favorite things: rhinestones, ribbons, bows and of course, sweets.

hanging above the fabulously set dinner table was the highlight of the decor, an everyday light fixture all decked out with ribbon just for the occasion.

silver cupcake favor boxes were personalized with each guest’s name. they also served as placecards and were topped with bright tangerine tulle and a sweet beaded monogram.

the delicious spread included kid friendly finger foods, such as pizza squares and chicken tenders, but the sweetest part of the evening was the dessert. frosted sugar cookies, pink chocolate drizzled turtles and cotton candy in diva style martini glasses accompanied an all star line up of delicious cupcakes in five flavors.

the inspiration for this special event came from this first birthday portrait. this cute outfit gave us a beautiful color scheme of teal, pink, and brown.

what would a first birthday be with out lots of sweets, a personalized banner and custom cupcake toppers with the birthday girls initials.

the spread consisted of chicken tenders, pigs in a blanket, veggies and dip, crackers and cheese, pasta salad, pretzels and raspberry punch

a table was set up with the birthday girls baby album along with blank scrapbook pages for the guests to write a sweet not and wallet size pictures for everyone to take home. the gift table was the perfect spot for the custom happy birthday banner.

the decorations included this beautiful arrangement on the mantel of the family's living room, with the inspirational picture as the centerpiece, and on either side of the picture two candles were decorated with teal glitter. cupcakes were hung from branches in these tall vases with a custom happy birthday wrap and the birthday girls initials along with a teal boa made the mantle complete.

two types of party favors were created for this special event. one for the kids which included bags filled with pink heart shaped cookies or cheerios and yogurt bites for the smallest kids. OR the adults could take home one of the yummy cupcakes in a custom box wrapped with a beautiful teal ribbon.

customized items included : the invitation, cupcake toppers, water bottle labels, food labels, happy birthday banner, party favor labels for bags and cupcake boxes, and scrapbook pages for guest to leave a note for the birthday girl.

daisy girl scout, kate is six so we threw her this colorful birthday bash complete with sweet treats, friends and lots and lots of daisy decor.

the custom graphics created for the party include jumbo cut out daisies that were scattered throughout the party room, placed around the entrance and attached to the mailbox. we also made custom wrappers for the water bottles, store bought favor boxes and miniature bubble bottles.

the menu consisted of the usual kid friendly finger foods, in addition to popcorn cones created to match the color scheme and personal pizzas that the kids assembled themselves.

This Tinkerbell inspired party was designed for Michelle's youngest daughter Courtney. Courtney has had a Tinkerbell birthday party every year since she was two. But, this year, as she turned nine, she still wanted to include Tinkerbell, but wanted something a little more grown up.

along with a custom designed table runner to correlate with the rest of the décor, Michelle made a colorful cake inspired by the rainbow cake featured on HWTM.

and it wouldn't be complete without covering every detail...

including party favors : raspberry filled dark chocolate candy bars, rainbow colored lollipops and lifesavers, all with customized wrappers to commemorate the event. the girls also enjoyed their own personalized water bottles and hand dipped chocolate covered marshmallows.
